We’ve a brand-new campaign and want YOU to get involved! Are you ready to give up something you love? Join our challenge, Pack It In for Lent and also inspire others to join in by cutting out cakes, pies, sweets or even saying goodbye to alcohol. Get your friends, family, colleagues to sponsor and help us continue to support thousands of young people who call Chorley home.

Lent this year is from 17th February to 3rd April – 45 days before Easter Sunday with many people choosing this as an opportunity to give something up. It could be to stay away from pizza or soft drinks, or even taking up a new healthy habit. Whatever the challenge, make sure it’ll be beneficial to yourself and will put an extra spring in your step during these next few months.

How can I fundraise?

To get involved follow the steps below and kick off your journey by fundraising for Inspire!

Firstly, you need to make the tough decision by choosing something to pack in. This could be chocolate, beer, wine, time on your phone… you decide.

Set up your Virgin Money Giving page and start fundraising now.
Share your challenge with friends and family and ask them to support you by sending a link to your fundraising page or you could download our sponsorship form here.
Don’t forget to mention the challenge on your social media account, appealing to your followers and using the hashtag #PackItIn.
If you really get stuck and end up cheating (don’t worry, we won’t tell anyone) you can send a donation by TEXT: PACKITIN to 70085. Text cost is £5 plus one standard message rate.
To celebrate all your incredible fundraising efforts, we will also be handing out a FREE gift after Easter Sunday to those egg-cellent individuals who raise £50 or more plus you’ll receive a socially distant high-five from all of us at Inspire, Chorley Youth Zone!
