GRADUATION DAY FOR THE MILITARY PREPARATION COLLEGE FOR TRAINING
In an epic celebration of achievement and dedication, the Military Preparation College for Training (MPCT) recently held its graduation ceremony here at Inspire.
Founded in 1999, MPCT is dedicated to supporting learners aged 16 to 25 looking to progress into the military and have had more than 30,000 graduates since its beginnings. As we do at Inspire, MPCT encourage young people to reach their full potential, regardless of their starting point or background.
The graduation itself included an incredible showcase of some of the skills, drills and military-readiness techniques learned throughout the course, with graduates also addressing the audience to talk about the daily routine of an MPCT recruit.

As part of our dedication to ensuring that our facilities are as utilised as they can be throughout the day whilst young people are at school, we were delighted to be able to play host to such event. We revel in the achievements of all young people, so it was wonderful to be able to witness such a full celebration.
Carolyn Tasker, Business Development Officer of MPCT, spoke of the event saying, “Our graduation last week was most successful and enjoyed by all who attended. We could not have done it without your [Inspire’s] brilliant team. Nothing was any trouble; everything ran like clockwork. Thank you all so very much.”
We wish the best of luck to all the graduates, you should all be super proud of yourselves.
