Do you have what it takes to join Inspire’s Young Enterprise Programme team? We’re taking applications now to join our team of 8 young people who will create and run their own registered business!

The Young Enterprise Programme is an amazing opportunity for young people who are interested in business and are looking to gain invaluable experience in a business environment from a mentor with extensive knowledge and an impressive history of building a business. We’re looking for dedicated young people with a keen interest and real desire to learn about business. The project will run once a week for 9 months and will take the team from creating an idea, sourcing products or resources, launching the business, running the day-to-day, holding meetings and finally winding up the business and deciding what to do with the profits.

Each business is judged by industry experts, with finalists presenting their business pitch in London to business tycoon and Dragon from the Den, Theo Paphitis. Our first meeting will be at Inspire, Chorley Youth Zone on Wednesday 5th September at 6pm. Please ensure you would be able to attend this date is it will outline and introduce the project, plus you’ll get the opportunity to meet your team!

This project is for our seniors, aged 12-19yrs (or 25yrs with additional needs).

If you think you’d fit the bill, send over a covering letter that details your personal experiences or interests in business and what you think you’d bring to the team to: ryan.powell@inspireyouthzone.org

Good luck!
