TRANSFORMING LIVES, ONE YOUNG PERSON AT A TIME.

It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it!

Every day, our Green Team goes above and beyond to be there for young people in whatever way they need. Whether it’s a safe space to stay warm, a trusted adult to confide in, or simply an opportunity to engage in fun, enriching activities – we are committed to meeting them where they are and adapting to whatever challenges come our way.

We are more than just a building. We are out in the community, in schools, and outside local supermarkets – wherever we need to be to connect with the young people who need us most.

We don’t do this for recognition, but because we believe every young person deserves the support, guidance, and encouragement to unlock their full potential. We do it because we are passionate about helping them take the next step towards a brighter future.

The true reward for us is seeing a young person leave Inspire with a new sense of confidence, equipped to face the world and empowered to navigate adulthood. And while we’re driven by the impact we make, it’s incredibly humbling to be recognised in other ways, too.

We are thrilled to have been named finalists for the Red Rose Awards with Lancashire Business View, and we are so grateful to the judges for recognising the hard work and dedication of our team. We look forward to the next steps and of course, to the event itself!
